What Causes Rashes And Cracks Between Knee And Ankle Post Physiotherapy?

Sir i am 69 Year old. I have knee pain since 10 Years. But thr pain was too much past 1 Month after getting hight fever. After discharge that is after 10 Days i underwent physiotherapy treatment for my both knees for 10 Days. And the pain reduced from 100 % to 80%. Due to this IFT My skin got rashes and cracks betwen knee joint to ankle. How can i cure this skin problem. Plz suggest me any remedy. Thanking you.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin manifestation can be best managed with "Beclomethasone with neomycin" cream apply this three times in day and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
