What Causes Rashes All Over The Body And Breathing Difficulty In A Child?

Hi my 3year daughter has a temperature and is weak just wants to sleeps so she just woke up sky high temperature and a rash all over her bidy like whit pimples from head to toe please I dont no what to do her breathing is terrible since yesterday its getting worse
