General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and understand your concern. Rashes all over the body with fever and breathing difficulty point towards a viral exanthem. You should take her to an urgent care as soon as possible as she may need respiratory support along with measures to bring down her fever. Don't try to self treat as she may develop complications. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
I find this answer helpful
