Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

According to your complaints it seems to be an eczematous rash. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
