General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned about unexplained weight loss. Your complete blood panel should have included complete blood count, ESR, c reactive protein, creatinine, BUN, AST, ALT, alkaline phosphatase, corrected calcium, protein, hiv (if sexually active), thyroid hormone levels.

A scope of the gastrointestinal tract may also be needed by colonoscopy and endoscopy to see if there are any lesions that may be causing the problem.

I hope this helps
