Hi, I'm Indian, male, 41 years old. I'm diagnosed with diabetes. Lately, I'm losing weight drastically. I'm not sure whether it is caused by diabetes or stress level that I'm facing lately with works and personal matters. I'm also experiencing bone ache especially at my hand and foot. I drink but I'm not alcoholic. I also used to be very active in sports. Please advise.

Get your Vitamin B12 levels checked as they are the first to go down in a patient with diabetes. Also, bone ache at foot and hands might be due to deficiency of another important vitamin, Vitamin D. Get your blood levels checked and then adequate supplements may help you in getting over the pain.
