Hello,

You are a healthy person, but have been noticing that you are getting rapid rise in heart beat. You are uncomfortable because of it. Your symptoms may be indicative of tachycardia (sinus and supraventricular), AF, MI, dehydration, lack of sleep, stress, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP/Cardiologist to be on the safer side.

Get lipid profile, stress tests, EKG, Echo, X-ray, etc., done to rule out any developing CAD. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. If obese, loose weight. Do walking regularly. Take home made nutritious food. Avoid taking packaged and processed food. Include veggies, berries and fruits in your regular diet. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Check ECG at least, it will rule out if there is any severity. Is there any stressful or painful memory? That can also cause this. Caffeine or diet sometimes can cause this or any meds, alcohol, smoking etc., too. If these have occurred then it is worrisome. You need physical medical advice immediately if there is chest discomfort or pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, or severe dizziness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
