What Causes Rapid Heart Rate,numbness In Hands And Tingling On Lips?

Hello, first off I am a 22 year old male. I am in pretty good shape and have been relatively healthy through my life. In the last few months I have been getting anxiety and panic attacks out of no where, usually lasting about 30 minutes each. During these I feel an overwhelming feeling of doom, rapid heart beat, numbness in hands and face, and trouble controlling my breathing. The one thing that really has me worried is that my lips will get stuck in this "O" shape, almost like a kissing face. My lips will be tingling and feel like they are twitching (sometimes they will be sometimes not) and nothing will make them relax back to normal until the anxiety goes away. Is this normal, do you know what this could be?

Panic attack is because of underlying anxiety disorder. You must learn more and more about panic and anxiety. Those body reactions are normal ones and you have nothing to worry about. Body reacts to fear and here your apprehension creates a fear which is not at all present in actuality. Know your anxiety and panic disorder to manage and get rid of it.
