What Causes Rapid Heart Rate,chest Tightness And Shortness Of Breath?
Hi, ay aswer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I feel as if my chest on the right side mostly is tightening up and last night my heart was racing. I feel as if I can't breathe what do es this mean. I'm 20yrs old could I be in risks of a heart attack?

Hi,
It is the symptoms suggestive of acid peptic disease, difficulty in breathing, tightening of the chest, right side chest symptoms, rapid heart; all of these if happening early in the morning, then it may be due to hyper acidity. If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole once in a day and it has to be continued for a few weeks time.
