What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Along With Dizzy Spells?
I am normally quite calm and have low blood pressure. Although my cholesterol level was high when taken a year ago.i eat very healthy, exercise moderately( dancing and swimming) I am in my 50,s Today my head feels like it is racing. Heart feels like going too fast too though actually is probably normal! I can t slow down. Why is this? Thank you

You could be having an arrhythmia. You need to get an ECG and 2D ECHO as needed. Consult your Cardiologist.
