General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The heart rate of 86 is not that much high and does not cause much problem. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

If you feel heaviness or rapid heart rate, consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
