General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

If you were exercising vigorously and were not on much food before getting into your routine, an electrolyte imbalance could have caused this, hypoglycemia, blood pressure drop, and a few other causes.

As you have just had this, I would recommend a visit to your doctor to get elaborately evaluated on all your nutritional parameters, EKG, blood glucose profile, blood pressure monitoring, and if the EKG shows even the slightest abnormality then a 2D echicardiography may also be required.

Best wishes.
