What Causes Random Uncontrollable Urge To Urinate?

All of a sudden I need to go pee. I can t hold it I have to go I feel pressure in the tip on my penis it doesn t hurt a d I pee normal. It s just weird because this berly started to happen to me not to long ago. Could it be some type of bladder infection even if it doesn t hurt.?

Following are the causes of your problem
UTI/Urethritis/cysytitis, balanitis, stone in urethra, prostatitis, irritation
Consult the urologist and undergo investigations like
Urine : routine, microscopic and culture
USG
Rectal examination
CBC, ESR, urea, creatinine, PSA

Meanwhile take following advice:
Drink plenty of fluids
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Tablet septran
Take fruits like: orange, cranberry, papaya and pineapple

After diagnosis take proper treatment
