What Causes Raised Pink Mole Inside The Rectal Area?

I'm 52 & have had a mole just inside the rectal area since I was a teenager. I had it checked a year ago when I had a colonoscopy done. The doctor said it was fine. I think I may have wiped it off the other day. There was blood on the tissue paper...no blood since. It is hard for me to view it with a mirror, but it now appears to be a raised pink area instead of a brown/black mole. Should I have it checked by a doctor?

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
I can under stand your concern, what the history is given here it may not be the mole but it seems to be polyp or hemorrhoid and in differential diagnosis it could be the rectal prolapse.
What ever it may be if this is the rectal lesion then it has to be taken great care for cure and of course better to see the doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment, take care.
