hello. I have recently noticed something on my penis that I m scared might be an std... There are several small black spots that appear to be slightly raised, I looked around online and they don t appear to be consistent with any descriptions of std s that I have found. They are not painful, itchy, ect... It seems they started off as small whiteheads and over a few days change color and grow larger. I noticed a few more appear over the last few weeks after noticing the first cluster. They appeared to be similar to pictures of penile melanoma but with the number of them growing, I am very concerned...
