General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be myalgia or muscle inflammation.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

You may also use an anti-inflammatory cream such as Voltaren gel for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
