What Causes Racy Heart When On Accutane?

Hello I m into my fifth and final month of accutane and my heart feels like its racing and beating harder than normal. In addition I am more fatigued and tire easily especially after Excesize. What could be causing this? If most mostly accutane is it normal? Thank you!!!

Dear,
thanks for writing to HCM.
accutane contains isotretinoin and that can lead to fatigue and weakness , hough it does not cause palpitation or racy heart, but it may cause anaemia which can further lead to palpitations along with extreme fatiguability.
in my opinion u shall go for a hemoglobin checkup and if its normal than consider a echocardiogram to rule out any cardiac pathology.
thanks
