What Causes "acid" Vomiting With Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

Hi, I'm a 24 year old male who has had severe gi problems for approximately six years. My symptoms include intense nonstop pain, that started mainly in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen and since the beginning has radiated to almost my entire stomach yet centralized in the upper right quadrant and has became a nonstop issue (even with pain medication). I vomit many times a day, and every time after I attempt to eat and sometimes drink anything -my diet is very limited to toast, dry cereal, and wheat thins crackers. I also have a history of vomiting bile after I had my gallbladder removed and two ERCP's (the first one they didn't stick a stint in and that's when the vomiting of bile really started and the second one they only went halfway through with because there was no need to continue. I have stomach cramps and severe diarrhea countless times a day. I have been to many doctors over the last few years from the Cleveland Clinic, whom claimed it was back problems causing the pain, to wake forrest baptist academy where they performed the second of the two ERCP's. But all have been to no avail. I also have lost an extreme amount of weight from when this all started (I weighed 255 when I was 18 and now I'm managing to keep my weight around 110-115lbs and my height is 5'5"). My local gastroenterologist knows that there is something wrong with me and why i'm in so much pain and can't hold anything down although he can't figure it out. He is trying to send me to somewhere such as John Hopkins but I do not have any type of medical coverage and can't get on medicaid unfortunately. Tonight I haven't had anything to eat since 8:30 and that was only two pieces of toast (i couldn't hold anything else down. I have been trying to sleep but as normal the pain, nausea etc.. is preventing that. well about thirty minutes ago I got up so nauseated and I had to rush to the bathroom to throw up and when I did it was this dark gray liquid, almost had a grainy appearance to it. A LOT of acid came up with it, but acid is normal when I throw up. I guess my question would be would anyone out there possibly know the cause of my stomach problems in general and what I might have possibly vomited tonight. I am extremely light headed now, which is not new, and have felt kind of feverish all night long. Thank you...
