husband had spermatocelectomy on the 12 of June. He now has a large hardened area in the scrotum that is as large as the spermatocele was before surgery. He is in constant pain. Warm cloths and tub soaks were advised by the surgeon. This morning, I noticed that all stitches were dissolved, but the incision is opening, with some pus like areas along the surgical site. I called mthe surgeons office, but no response yet from him. Should we go to him tomorrow to have this checked out? This Dr. is always in a hurry and spends no more than 2 minutes with you! I am really disappointed that the surgery did not correct this problem!
