What Causes Pus Filled Swollen Lump In The Armpit?

I have a large swollen mass in my arm pit. Wen I sgeezed it a clear bloody fluid and pus came out at first but when I sgeezed it a gain a chunky white and pinkish red colored Tissue chunks or hardened chunks of puse started coming out. Plus as I used my index finger and thumb to grab and get underneath the large swollen mass of tissue and sgeezed it I could feel a lumpy fluid moving under my skin like it was fat tissue that was free floating around. So my question is what is the fatty tissue looking substance that is coming out of the large swollen lump under my arm in the armpit and what should I do to get rid of it because it is very painful
