What Causes Pus Filled Bumps On The Arm?

Yesterday I had two red bumps on my arm (one on the right arm and one on the left) both largs bite marks but yellow centres. Almost the size of a 10p. Today I found two more on my leg. When I looked at my leg tonight there was a very small black beast on one of the bites. When I picked it out my leg began bleeding. It was a really minuscule black beastie. These bites are extreme itchy!
