Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I noticed a very large bulge on the bottom of my left buttcheek, at least that's where it feels like it is. It's quite large, and is bleeding with pus mixed in when disrupted. It's under the skin, or so it feels, I can't really see it. Curious what this may be?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pus filled blister on the buttocks. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like seborrheic keratosis, acne, allergic eczema, psoriasis or boils. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to the blisters and avoid getting these rubbed with clothes as it will causes friction and can leads to exaggeration of symptoms. You should take benadryl twice a day. You should take anti inflammatory and prevent it from sun exposure . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test , skin allergy test or physical examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin , immunosuppression and vitamin supplement for quick healing.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
