What Causes Pus Cells In Urine?

Hello..i m 23 year old female..15 days back i found pus cells in urine about 180-200 in range...doctor gave me some antibiotics..but since 2 days i m not feeling comfortable....feeling like same problem has come back though i feel any pain...i m diabetic too...drinking lots of water but still getting pus cells in urine please help...
