What Causes Purple Urine With Yellow Particles And Blood Skin Pieces?

cannot urinate at times without severe pain, taking antibotics for 5 months, when off I bleed or have a uti, female burning, and cutting type pain,, sometimes heart beat in my ears. Been to five hospitals and drs cannot find answers. I now sometimes eat and feel like I am being choked and cannot swallow since 2 days ago released from a 5 day stay. my urine stayed purple dark red for 3 days , now is yellow with floating small blood skin pieces

Thanks for query .You have not mentioned your age in your query .
Based on the symptoms that you have since last 5 months you seem to have UTI and needs to trace out the primary cause for UTI .

If you are elderly in a post menopausal age group the UTI that you have is most likely to be due to what is called as Senile Urethral Stenosis which is common at in females after menopause .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for proper evaluation and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1)Urine routine and culture
2) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) and calibration of urethra to dilate urethral passage .

This should be followed by a self intermittent catheterization every day at home for 3 months .This will help to resolve the issue for forever.
