What Causes Purple Spots On The Eyelids?
Hi I have dark/purple ish spots on the edge of my eyelids, I am worried it maybe a std. As I am being treated for an infection in my testicles, and mouth ulcers in my mouth.I have been tested for the most common stds but these came back negative including HIV. But the test for HIV shows if i was fine from 3 months ago.

The dark purple spots on the eyelids can be because of ecchymosis of eyelids. It can occur in infection or injury to the eye lids.
This usually does not require any treatment ad it resolves by 1-2 weeks.
