I recently gauged my ears & there was no pain, but I noticed that my left ear lobe has started to turn purple at the very bottom.? I don t know what it could be because my gauges are not made out of metal or anything.. but I took them out just to make sure. Any suggestions.?
Purplish discoloration is not a good sign and is likely to be due to decreased blood supply to the ear lobe, please do not put the gauges again and meet your ent doctor as soon as possible , otherwise it can lead to an ugly deformity , he will examine you and guide you further.
Thanks
