Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pulsations in vagina is commonly seen with infection, muscle spasm, dryness, etc. So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of vagina. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Wear only cotton undergarments. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
