What Causes Pulsations In Lower Jaw Beside Extracted Tooth?

I had my four front teeth on the lower row removed recently. The dentist said he will make a bridege with ceremic teeth and take support on the teeth on either side. but the tooth on the left is pulsating. what is the cause and remedy and will the bridge be successful

When you say pulsating is it in terms of pain or sensitivity. Clinical evaluation and xrays would be required to decide to consider the tooth in question for being part of the prosthetic bridge.
