What Causes Pulsations In Abdomen Along With White Liquid Drainage From Nipples?

I hear a heart beat in my stomach it s not mine as I have a fatal droopler and its strong I ve been pregnant before but didn t find out until I was 2and half months gone 10w 3d I would love another baby but it s doing my headin now cuz I have done 8 pregnancy tests and all come back negitive I have sore boobs and I m about 15 days late now I m due my period on Friday 26th feb but I had a spot of light blood the end of Jan I didn t have this with my daughter I ve got white stuff coming out my nipple area and it smells horrible I m always going the loo and I m having mood swings this is what my mom has told me I ve been told my body has changed and I feel like fluttering in my stomach I m hoping you can help me find the answer I need

Soreness of breast can be due to mastalgia. Foul smelling discharge from breast can be due to abscess formation in breast. Soreness of breast along with foul smelling discharge suggests infection. I suggest you to get culture and drug sensitivity of the breast discharge after consulting your primary healthcare provider.
