Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having sub acromial bursitis. In this condition there is fluid accumulation in the shoulder and this can cause such pain. For confirmation you need to get MRI of the shoulder.
it is good that you are not doing any hard work but you need physiotherapy and hot water fomentation. Also some time there is injection of steroid needed. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
