What Causes Protrusion Of Stomach?

I have always had a little bit of a tummy, ever since I was little. When I was a teenager, I went on the Atkins diet, and lost some weight, but I got sick of it and just starting eating less of what I actually liked. After that, I gained the weight back in my stomach, but was skinny everywhere else. It wasn t that big of a deal until I went off to college, where I barely ate because I didn t like any of the food. Despite this, I kept gaining weight just in my stomach. Now, I have very thin arms and legs, but a large stomach. I have tried not eating much, eating whatever I want, exercise, etc. Nothing ever changes. I don t gain more weight, but I don t lose it either.

Redistribution of body fats and proper muscle growth require you to not skip meals but eat the right thing at the right time. Try getting up early and finish having a heavy breakfast by 8AM. This will help keep all the body nutrients in store for the day. Add fruits to your diet, plenty of water. And, eat small amounts at lunch amd dinner. Of course, you can't take any breather from exercise, it has to be given at least an hour of the day. Concentrate on cardio and aerobics.. And remember, your body is like a balloon. If it swells, it will swell from all parts. For us only the tummy looks bad.
