General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is the abortion pill-induced changes in the uterine epithelium which had accepted and converted into the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle.

It will take a cycle duration to settle the previous normal rhythm, so nothing to panic about.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
