What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Deviry?
Hii my name is avni my period was delayed by 3 days then I took deviry 10 my tablet 2 times in the difference of 8 hrs after that I noticed some spotting then bleeding as in periods but now it is 6th day I am still having bleeding. So do I need to consult a gynae please help
Unusual vaginal bleeding is one of the common side effects known to occur when this medication is taken. Since these are hormone-based medications, it might alter hormone levels in the body causing prolonged bleeding. Bleeding would generally stop by 10 days in such circumstances.
In case it continues for more than 10 days, you need to seek medical attention by consulting a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
