I think you should consult a gynecologist and get a scan done to see if there are any retained products of pregnancy. If retained products are there, you may need a surgical evacuation. It can be due to some infections also. Get a pelvic examination done. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that.
