Hello.
I just saw your query.

Primolut is no doubt safe for your heavy bleeding.

This is the main side effect of implanon which you are experiencing. However the body gets used to it with time.

Keep a vision on your hemoglobin levels. Make sure it doesn't fall down. Ask your doctor about some good iron tablets along with multivitamins.

Take a good, balanced and nutritious diet.
Add sprouts in your diet. It will pacify the deficiencies in your body.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
I hope this helps you

Thanks
Dr. Tripat Mehta
