What Causes Prolonged Nausea, Headaches, Constipation Followed By Bloody Diarrhea?
For the past month I have been feeling sick. I get light headed, nauseated without vomiting every day, I have headaches here and there, I get really tired, I get constipated for a day or 2 then I get like diarrhea for one bowel movements and today I farted like if i had severe diarrhea and when I wiped I saw mucus and blood.

I think you should get evaluated doing at least a stool test to check for infection causing the diarrhea and blood. You can't get treatment without tests. Do also a total blood count with formula.
