What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding?
I had late period followed by prelonged bleeding with clots. Scans showed small fibroid and blood test showed severe anemia. I am on noristherone crina and it gives me terrible dizziness and heavy head after mid day. What is the alternative. Tests show no signs of menapause.

I think you should get a thyroid profile and prolactin level done to find out the cause of irregular periods. If anything is abnormal, it can be treated. You can try some other progesterone or a combination of estrogen and progesterone for stopping bleeding. Also, take Tranexamic Acid to stop the bleeding.
