General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome. I suggest using a fiber-rich diet. I also suggest using an over the counter option such as Imodium. I also suggest taking a daily probiotic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
