Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a hormonal imbalance.
For this reason, considering the prolonged bleeding,I would recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound to examine your uterine walls and endometrium and also complete blood count for anemia. You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
