I`m a 48 yr old male and experiencing what I thought was a UTI , it started the next day after masturbation and had frequent urination and discomfort in abdomen ,I bought a Home Test Kit and showed positive for infection so I took antibiotics that I had left from a sinus infection from a previous prescription ,but only has 7 left .The frequent urination let up but I`m now feeling dull ache pain which at times feels like its my testicles and penis shaft .I`ve seen an Urgent care doctor which thought I might have Epidimydis and was sent for Ultrasound which was negative except for minor cysts ,also had a Urine test and culture done,all negative. Now I notice after Urinating and as I walk I feel a slight pressure,like something is pressing against my penis shaft as I walk. Though I`m feeling some what better and its going on almost 3 weeks now ,their is still some ache which comes and goes
