What Causes Pressure In Head Along With Cramps In Leg And Neck?

I was scratched by a semi ferrel cat 9 days ago. I feel very sick now. My head is boiling inside like there is a burning pressure, my neck is still my legs are cramping threw up twice 101 fever, but no sore throat or cough. Should I go to the hospital?
