What Causes Pressure And Pain In The Pelvic Area During Pregnancy?

Hi I m 40 weeks 4 days pregnant with my first baby, I m 1cm dilated for the past 3 1/2 weeks and about 80-90% thinned out. I m having a lot of pressure in my pelvic area with pain, lower back pain sometimes and pressure in my bum but not the kind of pressure of having to go to the washroom. I haven t had any contractions what s so ever and my water hasn t broken. What is happening??

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be post maturity apart from this what the symptoms you have it is not related with this neither it is to be worried but care need to be taken for post maturity this is the matter of concern and not the pain condition you have hope this information helps.
