What Causes Premature Ejaculation?
Dear Sir,
I am a 30 years old bachelor & going to be get married next year. But I am having a serious problem, actually till 2 months back I was getting the good excitement and also erection.. but for last 2-3 weeks I feel that am loosing my sexual desire and when I forcibly go for masturbating I ejaculate very early without having even the complete erection and there after I loose my sexual desire more for the next many days or even a month. Today when I masturbated it took just 1 min to ejaculate and I did not get the complete erection and after that I lost my erection very early.I also masturbated since the age of 14 and now also at the age of 30 I am having night falls.A few months back I also had 3 nightfalls in a week itself.I am really worried. I am 30 yrs old and weight is 60 kgs and height is 5ft 5 inch. I took a few antibiotic injections for another decease a few months back. Is it the result of that or due to my early age masturbation ? plz answer Sir.

First of all you need to relax a little bit. The antibiotic injection will not have these kind of effect. Secondly masturbation is a way of sex, which even married people practice. You need not worry on the fact that you started masturbation early in your life or antibiotics.
Having said that your situation, circumstances and feelings are not clearly understood in your question.
I would like to know the following:
1. Do you watch porn? If yes, frequency and rough estimate of duration?
2. Do you smoke? If yes, frequency and number?
3. Do you drink? If yes, frequency and roughly the no. of drinks?
4. Do you use motorcycle? If Yes, since when, how long?
5. Are you under much pressure? (office/home/personal relations)
6. Are you sleep deprived?
7. Have you lost or gained weight in the last 2-3 months? and Please brief on your food habits.
If you clearly answer these questions, I can help you with this situation. It is not very serious, and easily treatable.
