What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend about 1 month 1/2 weeks ago and it seems since then I have this strange feeling in my urethra and tescicles, perhaps behind them, and sometimes seems like below the head of the penis, inside, not on the skin, inside, I don t really know as its not any pain or something, its just a strange feeling, that persists in there, and I ve noticed the more we have sexual relations the more sensitive I am, with that I mean that I ejaculate much faster, for example today I couldn t last 3 minutes, when I normally last 20 mins at ease so I am really worried if this has something to do with it, its the only symptons I got, no burn no anything, peeing normally etc, just this..

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to anxiety. But better to run STD panel tests for assurance. Anxiety or performance anxiety can cause premature ejaculation. Thought changing while nearing ejaculation , stop and start techniques, using condoms or condoms with anesthetics, having sex in positions which give less sensation to penis are good to prolong ejaculation time. If not helping then you can approach a psychologist for behavioural therapy. If that is also not helping then a short course of SSRI group drugs like paroxetine or dapoxetine will be helpful. Dapoxetine can be taken just 1 hour before sexual intercourse also.
