Whatever signs you are telling are no doubt early signs of pregnancy but they are not the confirmatory signs of pregnancy. You have already been done urine pregnancy test which you are saying is negative so I will advice you to undergo ultrasound which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.Thank you.
