What Causes Powdery Green Stool That Smells Of Ammonia?
I have been having diarrhea on and off for awhile now. For the past 2 days or so I've had it coupled with bad headaches and abdominal pain/nausea. Also, the stool is dark green in color and looks powdery or almost like there is dirt in my toilet. Finally, today I noticed my stool smelled of ammonia. What could be causing this?
This is possibly an intestine infection with atypical bacteria which is responsible for major alterations in intestine flora, color of stool with smell.
It is highly recommended to undergo stool microscopy for further management guidelines and cure the condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
