What Causes Posterior Placenta During Pregnancy?

Hi i m 37 Years old married from 10 years, i had bi-lateral tubal blockage in past , so after curing / lapro scopy and lap rotomy my right tube became ok, now i have conceived, i m in 32 second week of pregnancy, my ultrasound shows placenta is fundus posterior, no previa is it normal? Can i deliver normaly ? what are risk factors?

I really appreciate your concern, antenatal findings of ultrasonography is normal one and this is nothing to worry here the chances of normal pregnancy would be very likely, and lets hope for the good, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
