What Causes Post-nasal Drip?

I have had a somnoplasty to help with my sinusitis and still I have post-nasal drip. Nothing is helping and I have been on three courses of antibiotics already. In addition I have a thickened endometrial wall at 15mm. Is there any connection between the nasal and gyno issues? I am 44, 169cm and 71kg

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There is no connection between the nasal and gynecological issues.
Antihistamines and decongestants can often help with postnasal drip caused by sinusitis.
So,I suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
I also recommend using saline nasal spray and drink a lot of liquids.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
