What Causes Post Menopausal Vaginal Bleeding?

what kinds of drugs can start post menopausal bleeding? I have had an intrauterine ultrasound which has come back normal but have been bleeding for over 3 weeks. I haven t had a period in 10 years and am 51 years old. I am trying to educate myself before seeing another Dr.

Hi, I think the drugs like anticoagulant such as warfarin and heparin can cause bleeding. You should see the endometrial thickness on ultrasound. If it is more than 4 mm, you should go for an endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial carcinoma.
