General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your lower spines, hip joint and muscles giving rise this problem.
At this age and during menopause there might be having osteoporosis precipitating this pain as well.
Go for x-ray lower spines and hip joint.
Go for back extension exercise and slow walking daily.
Take Calcium and vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
