What Causes Positive Drug Test Results When Not On Any Medications?

I ve haven t had a period since May 5th. & today when i went to the restroom once i wiped i seen orangish red looking blood. With some clear discharge. I haven t took a pregnancy test but i have taken a drug test for my job although i dont do any drugs my drug test came back postive for every drug test expect the thc what does that mean ?

Orange colored urine is seen when one is taking anti-tubercular medication, vitamin B complex, etc.
Are you on any of these medications?
Orange colored urine and clear discharge are not indicative of pregnancy thus the pregnancy test is not expected to be positive.
Drug tests detect presence of drug in urine or blood however, drug test can come false positive in other conditions also.
The drug test which you have undergone needs to be known and thus agents which can cause false positive results.
Thus, post more information regarding the drug which has come out to be positive.
